I don't really know, but

Making a quick search, Webtoons seems to be the most popular choice, Tapas has being mentioned too, but both are korean sites, so korean webcomics seems to be more brought up front.
though there's English support and many american artists posted their webcomic there too.

You could also post your comic in the forums, or even making a thread for it too :)

You can try Comicfury as you can create your own customizable website with your own domain. For viewership? That's hard. Webcomic creators; especially newcomers shamelessly advertise themselves all the time. Sometimes you really got to be lucky at first glance.

@SouSTAR
Those two websites give me an eyesore, every time I opened up the homepage. Too many generic Korean manwha art styles. Super corny af. Tapas seems like the better option than Webtoon because it caters to the creators more. Well that's what I heard.

tapas has pretty strict file sizes and I domt like webtoons. Have been working on making a neocities page to host my comics, hard and also low clicks. Might try comicfury but shits pretty dead

@BallsyMerc
Haha me too, I agree! :3
I don't really know much about these sites anyway XD
